OHM Systems has openings in Cincinnati (office is in Woodlawn) for several levels of MIS support. These are full time positions. If you are experienced, knowledgeable and hard working, this could be your opportunity. This position requires some travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Telephone and onsite training for clients.
  
• Computer system and network installation and implementation.
  
• Telephone and onsite network and computer system support for clients.
  
• Internal network and computer system support.
  
• Troubleshooting.
  
• Daily time entry and project tracking.
  
• PC support and maintenance.
  
• Network support and maintenance.
  
• System backups.
  
• Software inventory.
  
• Internal system projects.
  
• Other system support functions.
  
• Web support

This position would involve travel to client sites for functions including, but not limited to:

• System installation.
  
• System administration training.
  
• Peripheral system implementation (bar coding, EDI, etc.) and training.
  
• Hardware upgrades.
  
• Software upgrades.
  
• System administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PC hardware and systems
  
• Windows95/98/2000/NT
  
• TCP/IP networking
  
• Printers and computer peripherals
  
• Barcode equipment
  
• Software tracking
  
• LAN/WAN
  
• Hubs/routers
  
• EDI experience preferred
  
• Linux experience preferred
  
• Degree preferred but not required
  
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical/MIS role.
  
• Education may be substituted for portion of the experience requirement.
